Random thoughts
I was travelling down Bole the other day, stuck behind an overloaded and puttering "blue donkey," one of the minibuses that serve as most people's form of transportation. Its bumper read,"I may be going slow, but at least I'm ahead of you."
I thought this might be more appropriate stamped on the desk of government bureaucrats, because at least you can pass by the blue donkeys.
